Overview
Minor surgical procedures are defined as a set of procedures in which short surgical techniques are applied on superficial tissues, usually with local anesthesia, and minimal complications, that usually do not require postoperative resuscitation and need minimal equipment, many of which are used on a daily basis, and can be easily and safely performed in a short amount of time during clinic visit.
We are having one major OT with all the modern facility & boyles apparatus ceiling mounted OT light & operating table with central oxygen supply very soon a high frequency 'C' arm machine will be installed.
Minor surgery is a relatively painless and fairly quick procedure. It generally takes 20 to 30 minutes. Most procedures are carried out using local anaesthetic. This is an injection given around the site of the operation.
